The Venator Investment Trust, Venator Income Fund, and Venator Catalyst Fund are available on FundSERV. Completed Subscription Agreements and required investor documentation must be received by Venator Capital Management Ltd. prior to investments being made via FundSERV. Check with your organization to see if the Fund codes have been approved. The Venator Investment Trust and Venator Income Fund accept both registered and non-registered money. TRAILERS ARE NEGOTIABLE FOR AGGREGATE INVESTMENTS IN EXCESS OF $100,000.
