Performance Data
An investment in a Venator Fund may be subject to commissions, trailing commissions, management fees, general partner allocations and expenses. The rates of return are net of all fees and expenses. Year to date and since inception returns are the historical monthly compounded total returns, including changes in unit value and reinvestment of all distributions (if any), but do not take into any account sales or redemption charges or income taxes payable by any security holder that would have reduced returns. Past performance is not indicative of future returns, and an investment in the Venator Funds is not guaranteed. Information relating to market indices is provided for information only. Comparisons to indices have limitations because each has material characteristics that differ from the applicable Venator Fund. Venator does not invest in all and may not invest in any of the securities that comprise the market indices.
